[Metal]Custom shader isn't visible in Build and Player when using Metal
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached WeatherMaker.zip project
2. Run the demo scene
3. In the cloud dropdown select heavy clouds
4. Notice only the 2D texture (cirrus clouds) shows up
Expected: Volumetric clouds show up like in other build targets
Actual: Volumetric clouds do not show up
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a7
Note:
- Could not test on 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a8 and the versions above, because of the thrown errors or the crashing project
- Not reproducible with OpenGLES
