Metadata file 'System.Net.Http.dll' could not be found error is spammed 3 times in the console
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
-same error "CS0006: Metadata file 'System.Net.Http.dll' could not be found" is thrown in the console 3 times
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0a8
Note: these errors are not collapsible (might be coming from different locations, but the editor does not show that)

Very minor issue and can't reproduce on newer builds anyways because of actual bug fix for "'System.Net.Http.dll' could not be found"
