MeshFilter.mesh does not properly instance Meshes when used in Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Build and run the project (File -> Build And Run)
3. In the running Build, observe the shadow of the Mesh
4. Press Enter and observe the text
5. Press Enter again to disable the new Mesh
Expected result: "SUCCESS" is displayed after instancing new Mesh, shadow returns to display after disabling it
Actual result: "FAILURE" is displayed after instancing new Mesh, shadow does not return after disabling it
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7
Notes: does not reproduce in the Editor
