Meshes with Scale In Lightmap set to 0 are still baked into lightmap
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "LM_ShadowCaster3"
3. Inspect that "Plane" and its child "Cube" found in hierarchy both have "Scale In Lightmap" set to 0
4. Bake lightmap
5. Preview it and notice that there's a small bright spot/artifact in the right bottom corner.
6. Disable "Plane" and its child "Cube"
7. Build lightmap again and notice that this time there's no spot/artifact
Reproducible with: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4p1, 5.3.2p2, 5.4.0b4
