Meshes with normal maps artifacting when Platform is set to WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("WebGLBugs.zip")
2. Switch Platform to WebGL (File -> Build Settings)
3. Observe the "stone" GameObject in the Scene/Game view
Expected result: Meshes with normal maps are not artifacting.
Actual result: Meshes with normal maps are artifacting.
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b13, 2021.2.0b15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a12
Note:
- Reproducible with BiRP, URP, HDRP
- Not able to build with an error "Error building Player: Incompatible color space with graphics API"
