Mesh has wrong vertices count when Index Format is set to 16 bit
How to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. In the Assets folder expand "sphere_163842_327680.fbx" asset
3. Select "Icosphere_Mesh Part 0 (Mesh)"
4. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: Vertices count is 65534
Actual result: Vertices count is 33577
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b12, 2022.2.0a8
