Mesh collider doesn't work when using a large mesh
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “MeshColliderBug.zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the falling Cube GameObjects in the Game View
Expected result: Both red and pink Cube GameObjects land on the “Plane” GameObject
Actual result: Pink “Cube” GameObjects fall through the “Plane” GameObject
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023..19f1, 2023.2.0b16, 2023.3.0a12
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
