Merging Scenes via SceneManager.MergeScenes does not preserve Lightmap data of the second scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project "MultiSceneMergeBug.zip"
2. Load up Scenes/Scene1
3. Drag Scene2 into the Hierarchy so both are loaded
4. Select Bug>Merge Scenes (Runtime) in the Menu bar
Expected result: lightmap data is transferred
Actual result: lightmap data only remains on the mesh from the first Scene
Reproduced with: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.0.b8, 2018.3.0a1
