Menus automatically close after a brief period when it is opened near the edge of the screen
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project and open it
2. In the Hierarchy Window, select the “Main Camera” GameObject
3. In the Inspector Window, expand all properties of the “Camera” component
4. Left-click on the “Audio Listener” component’s three dots icon
5. Observe the menu that appears
Expected result: The menu is opened and stays open
Actual result: The menu is opened and closes after a second
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.18f1, 2023.3.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.24f1, 2023.2.0a14, 6000.0.0b15
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (Intel), 14.1.1 (M2), 14.1.2 (M2) (user’s)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2), MacOS Sonoma 14.3.1 (M1)
Notes:
- The issue is not limited to this component
- The issue does not always reproduce
- The issue is more likely to occur when a menu appears near the edge of the screen

Also note that it is not only the component menu that is affected - the problem also happens, e.g., with the dropdown to select an animation in the Animation window, and I think other places too. FWIW, I tried upgrading to Sonoma 14.4.1 here (I was on 14.1.2), and the problem persists...
