MenuItems do not get subgrouped by path when creating new MenuItems with script
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Right click on an asset inside the project view
Expected result: inside the menu, there will only be one "Copy" subgroup with four elements inside
Actual result: there are four "Copy" subgroups for each element
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b1, 2018.3.0b4, 2019.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.3.0a11
