Regression
No
[MenuItem("menu/menuItem _X")] doesn't register lowercase inputs
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project
2. Press ctrl+G, observe the message in the console that input was registered.
3. Press key G. No input was registered.
Check the script, according to the documentation it should register the input. https://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/ScriptReference/MenuItem.html
It seems that it registers shift+G or pressing G when the capslock is on. It registers only uppercase letters.
Expected behavior: it should register lowercase letters as well.
