Menu does not appear where the mouse Left or Right clicked, when Left or Right clicking to open Menu
To reproduce:
1. Download the attached "New Unity Project (16).zip" project and open it in Unity
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Create a new VFX
4. Open newly created VFX file
5. In the VFX Graph window Right-Click to open Menu
Expected results: Menu does appear where the Mouse Right clicked
Actual results: Menu does not appear where the Mouse Right clicked
Notes:
- This issue also occurs in other places where you can open Menu with Left or Right-click - for example, Inspector window
Reproduced on Unity 2021.1.0a10 and 2021.1.0b4
Not reproduced on Unity 2021.1.0a9 and 2021.2.0a3
