Memory usage steadily increases when the Editor is out of focus and SceneView.RepaintAll is called
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Open the SceneViewRepaintAlloc Window (Bug > SceneViewRepaintAlloc)
3. Open Task Manager or Activity Monitor
4. Observe the “Unity” process’s memory usage
Expected result: The process’s memory usage remains stable
Actual result: The process’s memory usage increases from 0.2 to 2 MB every few seconds
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a4
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a20
Reproducible on: Intel macOS 13.4
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
