Memory usage slowly rises overtime when leaving the Editor running in Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project“
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/Battle test.unity“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. In the Task Manager observe the memory usage
Expected result: Unity works normally
Actual result: The memory usage slowly rises over time implying that there is a memory leak
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.19f1, 2023.2.0b17, 2023.3.0a13
Reproduced on: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Note: Not reproduced in Player

This issue is fixed in the latest releases of URP.
