Memory Snapshot Tool does not receive any data
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (MemTest.zip)
2. Build and run the project
3. In Memory Profiler window, press Take Snapshot
Expected: snapshot is taken and shown in the Memory Profiler window
Reproduced in 2017.3.0a6, 2017.3.1f1, 2018.1.0b10
Did not reproduce in 2017.2.2p2, 2017.3.0a5, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.1.0b12
Regression introduced in 2017.3.0a6
Not reproducible since 2018.1.0b11
