Memory Leaks when using CharacterController.height to set heights of the Objects
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (PhysX Bug.zip)
2. Press Play
Expected result: Memory usage remains somewhat stable
Actual result: Unity Editor leaks memory
Note: Memory leak detected using Task Manager when running the project. 17.1 did not show steady incline of RAM usage, rather did get worse memory heap blocks(32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024MB).
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.1f1, 2018.2.0a9
Could not reproduce with 2018.2.0b9, 2018.3.0a3
