Memory leak when instantiating a material with Renderer.material
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the profiler window
3. Enter play mode
Notice how Used Total of memory is increasing infinitely
Reproduced on 5.6.0a3, 5.5.0f1, 5.4.3f1, 5.3.6p7
