Memory is allocated but nothing happens when duplicating Values with the duplication shortcut in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Select a GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Select any value shown in the Inspector
4. Hold down the duplication shortcut (ctrl+D)
Actual result: Memory is allocated to duplicate values, but doing so has no effect
Expected result: Memory shouldn't be allocated or used as this operation should be unavailable to the user
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a9
Reproduced on: Windows 11

Resolution Note:
- Ctrl + D doesn't duplicate selected text (Ctrl + C will copy to clipboard).
- Ctrl + D duplicate game objects when the shortcut is caught by the Hierarchy (or scene view).
- The memory that keeps changing is unrelated. Unity allocates and decallocate lots of memory (especially when draing a window using IMGUI).
