Mechanim appears to be truncating the 6 second animation down to a second
To reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Import the TruncatedAnimationTime.unitypackage
3. Add Models > Acina_by_J._Laygo to the scene
4. Add AnimationController > New Animation Controller to the model in the scene
5. Open Animator. Add Animations > "Acina_by_J._Laygo@crying and rubbing eyes - loop" to the animator. Make a transition from any state to the animation
6. Enter play mode - notice how the animation is about 1 second long
7. Select the animation, it is actually 6 seconds long
(Note: moving any frame of the animation to a new spot and back seems to fix the problem)
