[Mecanim] Write defaults locks non-animated properties
Steps to reproduce:
1) open users attached project
2) scene 'MoveRecTransform'
3) select 'Canvas' from hierarchy and open animator window
4) play the scene
5) under animator parameters switch the bool several times (it will transition into empty animation)
6) press space (moves the box to middle)
Expected: the box is centered
Actual: it does not move (you can disable animator and click space to see expected behavior, gif attached)
