[Mecanim] Null Reference when transitioning from Sub-state machine to Exit node
Or repeat the steps shown in gif with the new project
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new Animator Controller
3. Create SubState machine from Base
4. Create Transition from Entry to SubState machine and from SubState machine to Exit
5. Navigate to SubState machine
6. Observe Null Reference exception and corrupted controller
