[MaxParticles] Fewer than 5 max particles get positioned on top of each-other
When max particles is set to under 5, all particles appear at the same position.
Repro steps.
1. Open MaxParticles scene from attached project.
2. Press play.
3. Observe how particle systems 3 and 4 appear on the same spot, while 5 appears properly.
Expected outcome: all particles to display at their appropriate positions.
Notes:
- Regression, happens first in Version 5.4.0b15 (f24f29c81497).
- Works fine in 5.4.0b14.
