Max height is ignored when setting the “max-height” for the UI Toolkit dropdown using the script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “BugReporting.zip” project
2. Open the Stylesheet file (Assets > UI Toolkit > Stylesheet)
3. Change “max-height” to 10%
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Open the Dropdown Menu and select any element
6. Open the Dropdown Menu and observe the height
Expected result: Dropdown Menu height is 10%
Actual result: Dropdown Menu height is not 10%
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a21, 2023.2.9f1, 2023.3.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.0a20, 2023.3.0b6
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b1
Reproduced on: macOS 14.2.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: reproducible in the Editor and Standalone Player (macOS)

Resolution Note:
The new contextual menu feature which was causing this issue has been reverted in 2023.3. We are cancelling the 2023.2 ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
