MaterialPropertyBlock of a SpriteRenderer is reset when it is updated through the color picker
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “UnityBugReproduce.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select the “SpriteRenderer“ GameObject
5. In the Inspector, open the SpriteRenderer color picker
6. Change the color
7. Observe the Game View
Expected result: Saturation does not change
Actual result: Saturation changes to the MaterialPropertyBlock’s setting
Reproducible with: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.0a6, 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0b10, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.2.0a5
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
