Material properties are not updated on recipient's end when the asset name is re-cased and submitted using collab
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached or create a new project
2. Project window > right click
3. Create > Material
4. Collaborate drop down > publish changes
6. Open collaborate project on a different system
7. Collaborate drop down > update
8. Go back to system one
9. Change the letter's case in material, change properties and publish
10. Go back to system two > update the changes
Note:
1. Make sure collab is enabled for the project
2. Works for 3D Model, Sound, and Sprite
Actual Result:
1. The material name is updated
2. Properties are not getting updated
Expected Result:
Material properties should be same in the second system
