Material Previews in Project Browser do not update until values are changed when they are imported into an HDRP project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a 3D HDRP project
2. Import the attached Unity Package "MATERIALS"
3. Observe the Materials imported and change their values in the Inspector
Actual result: Material previews are not shown until values are changed, this forces the user to mess with imported Materials for easy previews when he shouldn't be forced
Expected result: Materials imported instantly show their previews in the Project Browser
Note: The issue does not reproduce in a default 3D Project or a URP Project

Resolution Note:
Hey we were not really able to reproduce this issue, it have vary a lot and now we are low resoruces and don't plan to look at it. If you find a way to reproduce it correctly and are still experience it, then please re-open
