Material preview in the Scene view sometimes is not updating
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Open scene "ReproScene"
3) Dragg and drop Test2 material on each cube (sometimes it takes around 5min to occur this bug)
Check attached video "repro.mp4" to see the result
Note: Sometimes material preview is not updating when you hovering on the gameObject with selected material
Expected result: Material should be updated when the cursor is on the gameObject with selected material
Actual result: Material is not updated
