Material is not rendered when using Shader Graph Shader which has empty Custom Node
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1301631_Repro" project
2. In the Project window select the "CustomMaterial" Asset
3. Open the preview window in the Inspector (Window->General->Inspector)
Expected results: The Material is not pink
Actual results: The Material is pink
Reproducible with: 7.5.1 (2019.4.17f1), 8.3.1 (2020.1.17f1)
Not reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.27 (2020.1.0b9), 10.2.2 (2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1)
Could not test with: 4.10.0-preview (2018.4.30f1) because you can't create Custom Node, 9.0.0-preview.14 (2020.2.0a1), 9.0.0-preview.72 (2020.2.0a1) because of the CS0234 error
