Master Sprite Atlas no longer has the "Max Texture size" component
1. Assets > Right click > Create > Sprite Atlas
Expected: In Inspector, there should be a "Max Texture Size" dropdown menu in the Default tab
Observed: The "Max Texture Size" dropdown menu is missing.
