Marker bar text does not remain anchored correctly when panning the view in the Profiler Timeline
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and press play in the editor to start the game running
2. Press Ctrl+7 to open the Profiler window and click on the CPU usage graph
4. Switch the lower view in the profiler window to Timeline
5. Pan/Zoom around to see the text not anchor correctly (an example is shown in the video)
Expected result: The marker bar text is anchored correctly when panning the view
Actual result: The marker bar text does not remain anchored correctly when panning the view
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.3.0a2
