Manually Baked Reflection Probe loses its Baked Lighting when moved to a different Scene which is Unloaded and Reloaded after
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "case_1129387"
2. In the Hierarchy window go to Scene A and select Reflection Probe
3. In the Inspector window Press Bake
4. In the Hierarchy window drag Reflection Probe to scene B
5. Right click on Scene B and save it
6. Right click on Scene B and unload it
7. Right click on Scene B and load it
Expected results: Manually Baked Reflection Probe always keeps Baked lighting
Actual results: Manually Baked Reflection Probe loses its Baked lighting in a different reloaded scene
Reproducible with: 2017.4.21f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a6, 2020.1.0a23.2984
