Making a prefab from a Canvas child overrides active object recttransform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project, scene "Repro2"
2. Find the child "Bar" of "Canvas" gameObject
3. Drag it into the project view, making a prefab
4. Observe Recttransform malfunctioning
Expected outcome: Prefab gets made with recttransform of child not being corrupted.
Actual outcome: Prefab gets made, recttransform overriden by parent canvas
Reproduced on 2017.1.0b1, 5.6.0p2, 5.6.0f1
Does not reproduce on 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0b11
Regression introduced in 5.6.0f1
