[Main] Particles using mesh shape emission don't emit if the start color's alpha is set to 0
Repro steps:
1. Create a new particle system
2. Set the emission shape to mesh and assign a default cube
3. Change the start color's alpha to 0
4. Observe in the scene view's overlay that the particle count goes to 0 and no particles are being spawned.
Notes:
- doesn't happen if mesh emission is not used
- doesn't happen if alpha i over 0
