[macOS] Xcode build fails when using the USD package
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add the "USD" package
3. Build a Xcode project for macOS
4. Run the Xcode project
Expected outcome: The Xcode build succeeds and the project runs succesfully
Actual outcome: The Xcode project fails with a "Command CodeSign failed with a nonzero exit code" error
Reproduced with: 2021.30f1 (1.0.0-preview.4), 2022.3.9f1 (3.0.0-exp.4), 2023.1.12f1 (3.0.0-exp.4), 2023.2.0b8 (3.0.0-exp.4), 2023.3.0a4 (3.0.0-exp.4)
Reproduced on: macOS (Ventura 13.4)
