How to reproduce:
1. Download and open project 'refreshRate.zip'
2. Open scene 'SampleScene'
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Console output
Expected result: Refresh rate is shown to be 60 Hz
Actual result: Refresh rate is shown to be 59 Hz
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Notes: Tested on macOS 10.15.7 as well as 11.1. The issue was reproduced with the latest MacBook Pro 2019 (most likely because it has a changeable refresh rate: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210742)
