[macOS][Vuforia] Editor freezes with Fatal Error "CheckDisalowAllocation" when using an external camera
Prerequisites:
* have an USB camera connected to a computer
* Have Unity 2017.2 with Vuforia support installed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Go to "TestScene" scene
3. In Hierarchy window select "ARCamera"
4. In Inspector under Vuforia Behavior (Script), click Open Vuforia configuration
5. Select the USB camera as "Camera Device"
6. Enter play mode
Result: Fatal Error "CheckDisalowAllocation. Allocating memory when it is not allowed to allocate memory." error is thrown. Unity freezes
