[macOS] Unity continuously opens and closes new icons in the dock
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Play around with the Editor
3. Observe the Dock
Expected result: No new Unity icons or visual glitches appear
Actual result: New Unity icons are being constantly opened and closed in the Dock
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.2.0a2, 2023.2.13f1, 2023.3.0b10
Fixed in: 2023.1.0a16
Reproducible on: M1 Max MacOS 14.3.1 (tested by CQA), M3 Pro macOS 14.3.1 (User’s platform)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
