[macOS] Undocked editor window headers go out of screen when macOS menu bar is set to be hidden automatically
How to reproduce:
1. Go to System Preferences > General and check the 'Automatically hide and show the menu bar' option
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Undock any window and drag it close to the top of the screen
Expected result: the window header does not go out of the screen
Actual result: the window header is out of the screen and is no longer visible
Reproducible with: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.2.19f1, 2018.3.0f1, 2019.1.0a11
Notes:
