[MacOs] Unable to attach Monodevelop debugger; "TargetFrameworkVersion 'v4.6' not supported by this toolset (ToolVersion 4.0)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test.cs script with Monodevelop
3. Press the play button in Monodevelop
4. Obserserve the errors in the console
Expected result: Monodevelop debugger should not bring any errors, attaching should also work fine
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0a3, 2017.1.0f2, 2017.1.0a6,
Not reproduced in: 2017.1.0a5, 5.6.2p1
Regression since: 2017.1.0a6
