[macOS] "The layout could not be fully loaded" warning appears when setting Layout to "Default"
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the “Layout” dropdown menu
3. Select “Default” and observe the console window
Expected result: No warnings
Actual result: “The layout "/Users/user/Library/Preferences/Unity/Editor-5.x/Layouts/default/Default.wlt" could not be fully loaded” warning appears
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a25
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.0a2
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Not reproduced on: Windows 11
Notes:
Not reproducible with other Layouts options
In 2022.2.0a3-2022.2.0b16 versions after the 3rd step, there's just a message about the layout (not a warning) from 2022.2.0f1 after the 3rd step there's a warning message

Resolution Note:
Does not reproduce on a clean checkout with the layout caches cleared. It is likely that there was an invalid layout cached in the default location.
