[MacOS Standalone] The behavior of the Resolution Dialog is not consistent with the Settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. Go to "Player Settings" -> "Resolution & Presentation" -> "Display Resolution Dialog"
3. Set it to "Hidden by Default"
4. Build the Standalone Player
5. Launch the Player
Expected Result: The Player starts immediately
Actual Result: The Settings window opens
