[MacOS] Some native dropdown menu shifts upwards when dropdown that is clicked is close to the bottom of the screen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Add particle system to the scene
3. Change Start Colour field type to Gradient
4. Move window so that Start Colour field appears close to the bottom edge of the screen
5. Right click the field
Actual result: Menu appears towards the middle of the screen
Expected result: Menu appears close to the gradient field
