MacOS scrolling overly sensitive when zooming in scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Zoom the camera slightly in the scene view
Expected result: Camera zooms in/out slightly
Actual result: Camera zooms in/out more than expected.
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.0a17
Can't test: 2021.2.0a4 (Editor freezes when zooming)
