[macOS] Screen.sleepTimeout value does not change in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (ScreenSleepTimeout)
2. Open 'SampleScene' scene
3. Enter Play Mode and see the Console window
Expected result: the printed values are '-1' '-1' and '-2'
Actual result: the printed values are '-1' '-1' and '-1'
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a6
Notes:
The values in the built player are displayed correctly
The Windows Editor shows the values correctly
