[macOS] Scene view navigation is twice slower than on previous version
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project on 2017.1.0p2 or newer
2. Enable profile editor and rotate scene view camera using mouse
3. Notice that it takes around 30 ms each frame
4. Open project with 2017.1.0p1
5. Rotate camera with editor profiling enabled and notice that it takes around 15 ms
Doesn't reproduce on windows
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0p2, 2017.1.0p5, 2017.2.0b7, 2017.3.0a5
