[MacOS] Rendering of ParticleSystems can be corrupted when also rendering a ParticleSystem to a RenderTexture
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (MetalParticlesGlitch.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Build and run the player
Expected result: the scene is rendered without any flickering or artifacts
Actual result: the scene is rendered with flickering and artifacts
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1(URP 4.10.0), 2019.4.18f1(URP 7.5.1), 2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.0b1(URP 9.0.0 - preview.14), 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0a1(URP 10.2.2), 2021.1.0b2, 2021.2.0a1(URP 11.0.0)
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a16, 2020.2.0a21(URP 9.0.0 - preview.14)
Notes:
Only reproducible in the built player
Not reproducible with OpenGL
