[macOS] No shortcut commands are invoked when pressing the corresponding key combination
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Press the “⌘ + P” keyboard key combination
Expected result: Editors enters into the Play Mode
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a25
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.0a24
Fixed in: 2023.1.0a26
Reproduced on: macOS 12.6 (M1), macOS 10.15 (Intel)
