[macOS] Multiple context menus can be opened when right-clicking the Assets folder
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project "My Project-a.zip"
2. Right-click on the Assets folder
3. Expand the context menu to at least 2 windows
4. Without selecting anything on the menu right-click on the Assets folder again
Expected result: The previous context menu is closed and the new one is opened
Actual result: Both menus stay on the screen
Reproduced with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5
Not reproduced with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.13f1, 2023.2.0a14
Reproducible on: macOS (intel) 13.5.1

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
