[MacOS] Mouse dragging lag when having BetterTouchTool active
How to reproduce:
1. Make sure BetterTouchTool is installed and active
2. Open the user attached "drag.zip" project
3. Build and run
Expected results: Clicking and dragging boxes works without any lag
Actual results: A lag while dragging occurs
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a11, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.0a10
Additional notes:
1. Dragging any box along the screen borders results in even bigger lag
2. The issue occurs in both windowed and fullscreen modes
3. The issue does not reproduce if Graphics Quality is set to Low or Very Low
