[macOS] Holding one of the arrow keys results in the Editor freezing until the key is released
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (2D Platformer - Sebastian Lague)
2. Open the scene Ep_04 and enter Play Mode
3. Attempt to move the cube by holding one of the arrow keys
Expected result: the Editor does not freeze
Actual result: the Editor freezes until the arrow key is released
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b6, 2018.3.0b7
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0b5

Does not reproduce on every macOS machine
